Welcome! Each new day (well, maybe not every day!) brings a new photo. No textures, nothing fancy; just what I see through the viewfinder with a little judicious cropping. My goal is to get better and better at this thing called photography. Enjoy.
I've been living in Australia too long I think Claudia. Once upon a time I would just have seen a pretty sky and trees stripped bare for winter, now when I look at the bare trees with these colours behind them I feel an immediate terrible rising panic and think "bush fire"!!! Fortunately it's been a very wet spring with a wet summer forecast down here so hopefully it'll be a 'tamer' bush fire season this year.
